Meaghan Mounce is a Registered Massage Therapist, massage therapy college instructor and personal trainer in Victoria, BC. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2010 and has been working as a RMT since, focusing her massage practice on injury rehabilitation, stress relief, chronic pain and cervical spine dysfunction. Meaghan also has a significant amount of experience in women’s health, especially pre and post natal treatments. She loves being a positive part of her client’s day.
Meaghan is passionate about the fitness industry and therapeutic exercise. She has been involved in the fitness industry for almost ten years and has taught everything from indoor cycling to bootcamp and has trained beginners to athletes, focusing on injury rehabilitation. She enjoys lifting heavy weights herself and has found a love for seeing how much weight she can deadlift!
As a college instructor, Meaghan teaches massage therapy students courses in pathology, therapeutic exercise, research and nutrition. She loves being part of the RMT student’s education and has learned a lot from each student she is lucky enough to meet. When not working or lifting in the gym, you can find Meaghan laughing with friends, eating good food or outdoors hiking, playing sports and just enjoying life!
