About Jenny Slauenwhite
Jenny is the Owner/ Clinic Director at Maple Ridge Massage Therapy Clinic. She graduated from the 3000 hour program at WCCMT in April 2006. Her areas of focused interest are in business management, sports therapy, and active rehabilitation. Jenny sits on the executive for the Registered Massage Therapists Associate of British Columbia’s (RMTBC) Professional Practice Group for Women's Health, as well as the Professional Practice Group for Sports. She is a member of SportMed BC- A group dedicated to the advancement of knowledge & treatment for sport injury & sport health. She served on the Board of Directors of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia from April 2012 to September 2013. She is planning a continuing education course, Business for Successful Massage Therapy Practice. Jenny has a desire to strengthen/improve/benefit the business aspect of the profession, and has enrolled in TRU to pursue further education in business. She is actively involved in community events and frequently volunteers for local charitable organizations and sporting events. Jenny is a recreational endurance athlete who enjoys competing and volunteering in local marathons and triathlons.
